Returns information

Our policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item to us in its original condition within seven days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require a different product you need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.

If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it please email us as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel your order within seven days however we do dispatch within 24 hours.

We will always do our upmost to protect your rights as a consumer and all our policies are in full accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Conditions
Please allow two working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. Your refund will be in the same form as you made your original payment.

If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for a refund, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibilty, and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a parcel service that insures you for the value of the goods.

When trying on products please ensure that you are not wearing make up, perfume, after shave, deodorant etc that may leave a scent or marks on the item. Do not wear any footwear outside until you are happy you are keeping the item to avoid any soiling. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

How to make a return
In all cases, please email returns@trainershack.co.uk quoting your order number, name, address, product details and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return including issuing a returns reference and returns address. This must be done within seven days of receipt.
