Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (working days) of us receiving your payment.

We use Royal Mail PacketPost (1-4 working days) as standard. This service includes a Proof of Sending service where in the event of a missing/damaged item we will submit a claim to Royal Mail for you but cannot be responsible for the outcome. Postage is free on all orders. A non-refundable postage charge of £3,95 is payable on all orders re-sent due to exchanges or Royal Mail returns to us.

We only deliver to mainland UK addresses (including NI, IOM and IOW). For oversees customers or special delivery options, please contact us for advice.

Tax Charges VAT at 17.5% is included in all prices. All prices are in GBP£ Sterling.

Credit Card Security We accept online credit/debit card payments securely through Nochex (www.nochex.com). You do not need a Nochex account to make a payment, simply enter your delivery details and you will then be taken to Nochex's secure server checkout. Then all you need to do is enter your card details without having to register.

We accept the following credit and debit cards issued by UK banks: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron and Maestro. We also accept payment by cash, cheque or Postal Order - please contact us for details.

The payment will show as "Nochex" on your card statement. Your card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy Trainershack.co.uk and Primeiro Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item to us in its original condition* within seven days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require a different product you need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item from us.

In all cases, please email returns@trainershack.co.uk quoting your order number, name, address, product details and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return including issuing a returns reference and returns address. This must be done within seven days of receipt.

Please allow two working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. Your refund will be issued in the form of payment you used to make your purchase.

If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for a refund, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibilty, and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a parcel service that insures you for the value of the goods.

*When trying on products please ensure that you are not wearing make up, perfume, after shave, deodorant etc that may leave a scent or marks on the item. Do not wear any footwear outside until you are happy you are keeping the item to avoid any soiling. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
